CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTION LINES FOR DIFFERENT RAW MATERIALS
Due to variations in raw material conditions (size, moisture content, and specific characteristics), production lines need to be optimized based on the material state to ensure pelletizing efficiency and product quality. Here are some reference solutions for specific materials:
LOG PELLET PRODUCTION LINE
For log pelletizing, the key processes are log crushing and drying. We use specialized equipment to slice and crush logs to an ideal size for pelletizing, followed by drying to achieve the best pelletizing conditions.
SAWDUST PELLET PRODUCTION LINE
Sawdust is small but often inconsistent in size, requiring additional crushing to achieve the ideal pelletizing size. Moisture content must also be controlled.
WOOD CHIP PELLET PRODUCTION LINE
Wood chips are large and dense, requiring specialized equipment for rough and fine crushing. Moisture content must be adjusted to an optimal level, requiring drying if necessary.
BARK PELLET PRODUCTION LINE
Bark is fibrous and may cause blockages or wear in the pelletizing process. Our line is designed with enhanced durability to handle wear and includes mechanisms for impurity removal.
BAMBOO PELLET PRODUCTION LINE
Bamboo is hard with high moisture content, requiring efficient crushing and drying. Our production line is specially optimized to process bamboo materials efficiently.
MAIN EQUIPMENT IN THE WOOD PELLET PRODUCTION LINE
The core equipment for wood pellet production includes wood chippers, rotary dryers, wood pellet mills, counter-flow coolers, and vibrating sieves. These machines handle the key steps from raw material processing to high-quality pellet production.
Different raw materials require specific crushing machines, such as drum chippers, hammer mills, and waterdrop crushers.
Our dryers include belt dryers and biomass dryers.
The core parts of the pellet mill use 42CrMo high-wear-resistant materials, along with imported motors for stable, efficient, and durable performance.
Freshly produced pellets are around 80°C and need to be cooled to improve hardness and stability.
Vibrating sieves or rotary grading screens can be used depending on specific requirements.
CORE PELLETIZING EQUIPMENT PARTS
We want to highlight our core wood pellet mill, which uses the latest ring die technology. Compared to flat die pellet mills, the ring die offers higher production efficiency, more stable pellet quality, and a longer service life.
RING DIE AND ROLLER
The ring die and roller cooperate to press materials into uniform cylindrical pellets. Made from 42CrMo high-wear-resistant materials, these components minimize maintenance costs.
SIEMENS MOTOR
We use imported Siemens motors to provide stable and reliable power output, ensuring continuous and strong performance during high-intensity operation.
FORCED DEEDER
The forced feeder ensures consistent and even material flow into the pelletizing chamber, preventing instability in production or poor pellet quality caused by uneven feeding.
CUTTER
The cutter is an essential part of the pellet mill, responsible for cutting pellets to uniform lengths after extrusion. Made from high-wear-resistant materials, the cutter maintains its sharpness and performance over time.

MAIN PRODUCTION LINE PROCESS
A complete wood pellet production line generally includes the following eight steps
Cleaning
Remove impurities from raw materials to prevent damage to machinery.
Crushing
Crush materials to a 3-5mm size for optimal pelletizing.
Drying
Reduce moisture content to around 15% for ideal pelletizing conditions.
Mixing
Add any necessary additives according to the pelletizing process.
Pelletizing
Compress loose materials into uniform pellets.
Drying and Cooling
Cool high-temperature pellets to stabilize and increase hardness.
Screening and Packaging
Remove crushed materials and package pellets according to specifications.
Other Auxiliary Stages
Include storage, dust removal, and other systems as needed.
